Brazil is not all about Samba and Rio de Janeiro. The country is really huge and in a rapid development process that already made it the worldīs 8th. economy and rising. The country has an ideal everything: size, climate, fresh water, hard-working people, respected government institutions, democratic system, etc. It is forseen that in the immediate future Brazil with be able to provide most of the agricultural products the world will need to sustain its increasing population. The only enigma to be seen, with a kernel of danger, is the handling of the Amazon rain forest. If the carbon credits plan is effective, the landowners will see a profit in joining the protection efforts. Lets hope it works!
