Urban development has never been all-good. Nope, it was never like that. There has always been issues and problem that arose during the development of cities.
One apparent effect of urban development has spurred a dividing of the citizenry into classes. Migration to the cities is one of the reasons for this, further widening the gap between the rich and the poor, and even racism.
