When a person gets old he/she gathers a lot of wisdom and experience but lacks the strength of a youth. Therefore to cater for this discrepancy governments of most countries have pension plans for the old age people. Brazil is a country which is having an early retirement age which means that the ex-chequer gets lot more burden than other countries of Latin America. Read out why this is so?
