Real Estate in Northern Brazil

The Beautiful state of Paraiba in the north of Brazil, is well known by brazilian but rarely visited by foreign tourists.

Paraiba is located at 7 degrees south of the equator, this makes the weather summer like all year round. Summer months are December through Feburary. Weather is rarely so humid it is uncomfortable, like in cities north of Paraiba. The rainy months are June through August, when the dry breezes blow it makes it very comfortable there. There is always plenty of sunshine with a slight breeze.
