This is a story of a Filipino who has worked in the mining industry for almost 30 years. After living in many different countries, Canada, US, and alikes, he finally chose to settle in Brazil.
People asked him, 'Why Brazil?', and he would answer, 'Why not Brazil?'. His move is basically to increase the use and value of his pension because of the low cost of living.
